これらで本当に理由を言ってしまうと嫌われる

生命保険に入らない理由→明らかに大損だから

お金があるのに住宅を新築しない理由→その時点で必要な規模の住宅を賃貸するか
購入するにしても土地代だけで買える中古住宅の方が得だから

株式投資をする理由→超長期では株式インディクスファンドの累積投資より有利な投資はないから

自動車を買わない理由→生活費の中で最も大きいウェートを占める。生涯総支出でみると住宅費より高い。
よほど必要でないかぎり持たない方が得。

このような本当に理由を言ってしまうと人から嫌われる
だからそれなりの理由を考えなければならない
