そもそも WinSCP 等が使えるならパスワード認証は使うべきではない。 ssh は随分前から攻撃の対象になっていて，デフォルトのポートを使わないとかパスワード認証は使わないとか基本。まぁレンタルサーバで ssh のポートを変えるのは無理だろうけど。
