今の俺の生活

・友人と100万ずつ出して買った神奈川の中古マンションに住む。
・つまり家賃なし。管理費、修繕積み立て費が二人で割って一人3800円くらい。
・食費、携帯、光熱費、ネット回線費全て二人で割って一人30000円。

つまり生活基本費は4万も掛からないから年50万で生きて行ける。

・収入はアルバイトとオークションとアフィで手取り29万。
・月20万は貯金できており、金融資産は全部で780万くらい。
・後2年働いて1200万くらい貯めて10年国債勝ってアフィで月5万稼いで、
　一日3時間のバイト週3～4でやれば大体月10万くらいになる。
　月4万ぐらいはまた貯金できる。

時間もある半ニート生活最高。
親が死ねば家も金も相続できるし、俺の人生不安ゼロ。
最高。
